Since his humble beginnings as a young artist from a small mining town in outback Australia, David’s name has risen over time to become not only iconic in the Australian art world, but has also become a brand in its own right. Much of that success has come from David’s passion for working with like minded artists and highly successful brands. David believes collaborations are the catalyst for growth and inspiration and that many of his best works and new ideas have come from pushing new boundaries through collaborative thinking.
Some of David’s brand collaborations have included:
1) The creation of a large scale mural for Motorline BMW, David was also made an Ambassador for BMW motorline
2) Documentary for ABC TV Australian Stories was filmed and aired internationally.
3) Biographical book on Artist, Pro Hart, was published by Arkhouse press and distributed nationally.
4) Australia’s largest homewares company Maxwell & Williams worked together with David to develop numerous ranges featuring David’s iconic images and were distributed and sold both nationally and internationally, including David Jones stores, Myer stores and Harrods of London.
