We will happily replace or refund your purchase if it arrives damaged. Any damage needs to be reported within 48 hours of delivery, please click here to email the information along with photographs of the damage as well as the inside and outside of the packaging. Please retain original packaging as we may need to arrange for collection of the damaged or faulty item.
The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery. In the case where a refund is issued, the refund will be facilitated through your original payment method once the item has been returned.
