Don’t worry about a thing, we have been selling and sending paintings, sculptures, prints and giftware all around the world for over 30 years, so we know what we are doing.

We use both standard couriers and art couriers, depending on your delivery location and the value of the artwork being shipped, and most will include insurance. All purchases are wrapped securely and with care so that your artwork can ship safely with the selected courier to your specified delivery location.

Original Artworks – Free shipping Australia wide on full-priced paintings.  The shipping fee is $39.95 for all artworks on sale.

Reproductions & Masterworks – Free shipping for all full-priced items over $150 Australia-wide

Giftware and items under $150 – For orders over $150 is free shipping Australia-wide and under this amount is $18.95.

International Shipping – will incur a shipping charge. Click here to email your request and please provide your full address details and which item you are interested in ordering and whether you would like a quote on insurance as well.

We will happily replace or refund your purchase if it arrives damaged.  Any damage needs to be reported within 48 hours of delivery, please click here to email the information along with photographs of the damage as well as the inside and outside of the packaging. Please retain original packaging as we may need to arrange for collection of the damaged or faulty item. 

The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.  In the case where a refund is issued, the refund will be facilitated through your original payment method once the item has been returned.
